  1. I’m a student at the university of Botswana currently doing a project about Nesletters, I have a few qeustions I would like to ask;
    - why the company publish it?
    -How it benefits the company?
    -What kind of articles are put in ther and why?
    -How it is circulated?
    -Size of the newsletter(number of pages)

  3. Why? – to meet the communication needs of Debswana employees as well as those of the company’s various strategic programs and projects.

    Benefit? – Company advertising, branding and reaching a wider network of people.

    Circulation? – Distributed at all the mines to employees and to the general public at libraries or some company comms and the like.

    ArticlesAnything interesting that has happened at Debswana or outside by a Debswana employee or due to some of Debswana’s numerous charity gestures. All employees are free to submit articles but publication is at the discretion of the editor.

    Reason for name Phatsimo which means”Shining”, is derived from the sparkle of Debswana’s high quality diamonds. The diamonds contribute largely to the infrastructural and economic development of Botswana.
