I cant acces facebook at work

i cant acess yahoo mail either….

 nor Uni email account (i can access the Uni webpage tho and i have 774 unread emails that i cant read!)

im cut off from the rest of the world now…sob sob!

@ Debswana, Jwaneng Mine, nothing happened yet tho, induction, security clearance, safety & health issues and all that stuff…

You gotta love it here – its home for me anyway – so figures…

…there is the usual incompetent deadwoods – pick this – i received the stuff i shipped home 2 weeks ago, and  well, u have to clear off everything at customs, so i went over there with details of my lil shipment and asked at reception where i should go – the office i was directed to referred me to another one, wend to the 2nd got referred to a 3rd and a 4th, the fourth told me to go back to the 2nd, the 2nd told me she doesnt do that refered me to a 5th who in turn told me to go to a 6th office! Confusing? yeah i know – the 6th office told me to go back to the 5th – so i asked at the fifth if there is anyone in customs and immigration offices who knows how to handle this stuff at all !!! i mean its as if its not their job! In the end the lady at the 5th office sorted me out – guess how long it took her to clear me off? just a couple of seconds! A stamp and signature – thats it? Damn!

Otherwise Bots is good

Boiling hot as usual but people are wearing big jackets – they say its freezing – i beg to differ! im wearing a just a T-Shirt and im already sweating!

Still not at work yet – prob next week – Debswana has told me everything is sorted out except accom.
